Suggest Treatments For Polypoid Mucousal Thickening Of All Sinuses

hi. I m a 36 yr old female. did a ct scan and the result was polypoidal mucosal thickening of all paranasal sinuses more in the ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. also nasal septal deviation to the right. hypertrophied nasal turbenates, mucosal thickening of both osteomeatal units. I m already on antibiotics. will I need surgery? thanks

Hello

Yes from your ct scan it looks like that you may need surgery specially for the deviation of the nasal septum ( which is the bone in the middle of your nose) However i have not examined you and i would like you to meet your ent doctor , who will examine you and guide you further.Antibiotics will not be very useful and i suggest that you can stop them.
