Suggest Treatments For Bipolar Disorder

I m bipolar because of my up and down mood swings. My doctor and I have tried cymbalta, seroquel, and saphris all have made me turn into an agray crying mess. I am currently on celexa, lumectal, get so frustrated and don t want to try now abilify!!!!!!
