Hi, Noted the report of color doppler of left lower limb: varicositeis along left long saphenous territory secondary to incompetent sapheno-femoral junction/grade 2 deep venous reflux in left common femoral and proximal superficial femoral veins/incompetent perforaters in the leg in below knee areas. All this indicates that you have a condition called Varicose veins of the left lower limb. I would advise you the following in such a situation. Consult a General Surgeon or Vascular Surgeon and Interventional Radiologist who deal with such diseases. With the report you have provided this needs surgery or laser therapy as you would like after discussion with the above mentioned Specialists.
