Suggest Treatment To Increase Height

I'm 22 and about 5'8". I haven't grown since high school, but was wondering if there is any way possible to increase my actual height by 2-4". I had X-rays taken a couple years ago and was told my growth plates were still open. Cost not being a factor, is there any possible way to see this kind of increase my height, whether it be HGH or some other option?

Good day,
Noted your question. May i ask you Xrays of which bones were taken?
Most long bones would fuse by 18 years abd after that spine may grow for few more years very little. Sex hormone deficiency usually may cause growth plates being open even at a later age. HAve you developed secondary sexual characters like axillary hair and pubic hair well? Growth hormones may only work if bones are not fused. Get tests for IGF-1, IGF-BP3, Vitamin D, Calcium , alkaline phosphatase .
