Suggest Treatment To Arrest A Watery Fluid From An Erect Penis

i m 30 year old unmarried man, since 18 years of age i do masturbation twice or thrice a week. now i am engaged, and whenever i talk to her over phone or face to face i get erection and some watery fluid comes out of my penis continuously Please advice me some remedy. Thanking you.

The fluid coming out is pre cum and it is caused due to excitation. This pre cum is different from semen and do not worry if it comes out during sexual activity. You can try following at home-
Read erotic material, or see erotic material in books/movies, visualize it and note the sense of derived sexual pleasure with subsequent erection of penis.
Start imagining yourself in the same situation. Start gently touching your penis or the testicles/groin region to enhance pleasure, but do not stroke the penis or indulge in masturbation. Later on you can even indulge in masturbation once you have mastered the earlier technique.
While masturbation, when you have the feeling of imminent ejaculation, stop masturbation and squeeze head of the penis.
