Suggest Treatment For White Discharge Behind Ear Lobes
Hello. I have recently been plagued with wet and sticky discharge behind my ear. It dries up but at the slightest of touches it opens up and oozes again. I've tried creams like aquaphore and even an anti fungal but nothing seems to keep it at bay. I wash it everyday with vanicream bar but nothing's fixing it. Any suggestions?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of white discharge behind ear lobes which seems to be due to ear infection caused by fungus and it could be due to allergic reaction leading to otitis externa. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take antibiotic Ofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication. You should apply antibacterial ointment such as gentamycin. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should start treatment after proper examination. You should avoid intake of ear ring as it can close ear hole. Avoid touching it and pricking it with any sharp object.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
