Suggest Treatment For Wheezing In Chest

hi.my mother is 80 years old she dont have a asthma attacks. but she is sick with breathing problem like veezing constentley veezing sound please help us what to do she is a high blood preasure problem plus once she gol a low sugr problem tn this case take her to the emergency please dr. tell us what to do

I can understand your concern.
Wheezing in an old (80 years), hypertensive female can be due to hypertensive heart failure and bronchitis.
So better to consult doctor immediately and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring, ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart failure.
2. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
If it is heart failure then she needs strict control of blood pressure, diuretics and other cardiac drugs.
But if it is bronchitis then she needs Inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
So don't wait at home, consult doctor and discuss all these.
