Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may need to work on weight management with lifestyle modification with the help of proper eating pattern. Small frequent meal, dividing your calorie intake into 5 to 6 meal with high fibre and protein intake will help.

Avoid excess fat and simple carbohydrate in diet with plenty of fluids and physical activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S Sulthana
