Hi I m having pcod.i have two kids ,earlier my periods were not regular but know since 5 months its regular.last month only I had ultrasound in which pcod was there in reports. I guess I m gaining weight bcoz of that. What should I do?and do v gain weight by having pcod medicines

pcod is an metabolic syndrome due to insulin resistance.
you need to check DAY 2 FSH,LH,PROLACTINAND THYROID.
SERUM INSULIN LEVEL should be measured to know the sevearity .
metformin should be taken to reduce the resistance which could bring ovulation.
weight reduction is possible by diet and excercise.
