Hi,

You said you suffer from vitiligo. It is an autoimmune skin disease with genetic influence. The prognosis may be totally unpredictable. You have to keep patience. I would recommend as follow..

- trioxsalen 25 mg tab daily in morn
- levamisole 50 mg tab at night
- continue tacrolimus 0.1% oint application thrice a day
- exposure to sun for 10 min after 2 hours of taking tab trioxsalen

You consult dermatologist and have treatment.

Thanks.
