Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

I recently went to the er cause I felt dizzy light headed nausea and felt like I was going to pass out. My blood pressure reading was 148/95. I am 30 years old. They gave me antivert and said I had vertigo. I still feel the same things after two days. Help
