Hello,

I would like to help you. Pls mention your age.

Is the vertigo is spinning or rotatory or just unsteadiness?
Does it vary with posture? eg. does looking up to reach something on an attic gives you dizziness?
Do you have nausea? Do you have ringing sensation in the ears?

All these history are vital to diagnosis. If you were in my place, I would do examination of ear, and clinical tests to assess balance function. If its due to inner ear problems, then treatment will depend upon the diagnosis. What is more common is BPPV,which is easily curable with a few maneuveres ... That being said, evaluation of vertigo and suggesting simply cant be done online.I request you to consult a Neurologist and an ENT surgeon at the earliest
