Suggest Treatment For Urine Infection

hello doctor, i was feeling very weak and the one day had this vomiting sensation due to which i vomited twice and hence i went for urine test where it showed that there is some infection. later the culture and sensituvity test report says that there are occasional puss cells and no organisms found is this serious?
