Suggest Treatment For Urinary Urgency With Incontinence

I m a 44 yr old male with degenerative disc disease. I ve got multiple protruding discs and have OA. I have no reflex reaction in my left knee for almost 10 years. Within the last year my gag reflex has gone from nothing ever making me gag, to now where I m not even able to brush my teeth without gagging. Over the last 7 years I ve had a dramatic increase in bladder problems. Severe and sudden urgency and occasional night time incontinence. Also after I urinate I leak several drops in my shorts
