Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Pain

I've had ulcer-type pain for a few months now. I was treated with antibiotics and the pain got better. It never really healed and is now starting to get worse again. After antibiotics I was tested for H.pylori and resulted negative. I was tested for gall stone via ultra sound (negative). What are my options now?

I feel pin-point pain, or slightly more than pin-point at the base of my sternum. It feels burning or maybe nagging. Before antibiotics, I would be woken out of sleep with terrible pain.

Hello,

If this is the GI symptoms or is the symptoms that indicates the GI illness, so it can be tested for cardiac disease too as long as the symptoms of ulcer type symptoms are concern, chest pain also need to be ruled out for cardiac illness.

So, I would advise you to get done the EKG and stress test, echo test, it is the cardiac evaluation that needs to be done, sometime such symptoms could be due to some functional elements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
