Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi..This looks as a case of febrile convulsions. The treatment of the child is satisfactory. Initially he was given paracetamol during fever followed by clobazam prophylaxis. EEG also has been done and reported normal. Also as the child is having repeated episodes so started on phenytoin and liver function is also normal. Only thing which was not done was cerebrospinal fluid examination initially to rule out meningitis. Otherwise the treatment is on the right track.
