Hello,

UTI causes fever and hypothyroidism is cause of decreased immunity lead to recurrent infection. Take thyroid tablet daily in morning empty stomach and IC dose till level comes normal test every month till it comes normal. For UTI, take antibiotic, substances to make urine alkaline, drink lots of water.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
