Suggest Treatment For Tuberculosis

Hi, I 27 years old. Recently after some test Doctor's told me that I'm suffering from Tuberculosis. I haven't started the treatment yet. But yesterday, while sleeping I felt slight pain in my stomach, since then, within the next 24 hour, I've had loose motions at least 16 times. It started showing some sign or patches of blood in it. Is it something to do in relation with TB?? please help...

* The current issue of stomach pain and diarrhea is in relation with side
effect of the drug most likely unless there is intestinal TB .

* Treatment of the tuberculosis include
- WHO guidelines of Anti tuberculous treatment
- Balanced nutritious diet with high protein , crabohydrates , vitamins ,
iron .
- Avoidance of smoking , alcohol if using .
