Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Frequent Yawning

Hi, I am a 55 yr old woman who is tired and yawning all the time. this goes back to my young adult years. I recently started w a CPAP machine for moderate apnea, I feel I am sleeping better but still tired and yawning. I was yawning today walking on the treadmill after 8 hrs of sleep My blood work is fine, no thyroid problem. My father died of myleo fibrosis an dmyleo dyplasia. His family has a lot of heart issues. This is really affecting the quality of my life! Maureen

Thank you for asking Query,
As you told about death of your father and heart issues in his family ,it means you are thinking mostly about diseases/ health ,if you over think on death/diseases it is not normal , these negative thinking are making you tired and it cause yawning as it drains the energy from you mind as a result you feel tired. so, stop these ,make some hobbies which diverts your attention from these negative thoughts, try meditation and daily some exercise, think positive ,do some work which benefits society like help poor, needy people it will help you.
Thank you,
Dr M Ibrar Khan
