Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Pain While Burping

Hello doctor i am ameena i am 20 years old from last one and half month i am suffering from tinnitus and pain in years while burping i consulted drs but my problem is not solving through tablets i am suffering from sleeping problem also so plz help me

I really appreciate your concern, if you do not have any internal ear problems like wax impaction, infection, perforation (tympanic) then other possibilities of the tinnitus need to be ruled out but most of the tinnitus have functional origin if above mentioned etiology is absents, if I would be your doctor then I would suggest the following treatments,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three week
2) Tab Domeperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks
these drug would cover the problem of burping,
3) Tab Chlorodiazepoxide three times in day (This is to be tried for the tinnitus if this fails to respond the you have to go for clinical examination and investigations), hope this information helps you have nice day.
