Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are suffering from tinnitus which is mainly due to accumulation of earwax, drinking an excessive amount of alcohol, ear infections, drinking caffeinated beverages, eardrum rupture and due to change in environmental pressure. Need not to worry about it. It is not putting your hearing in danger. Mostly tinnitus that comes and goes does not require medical treatment. You should take all the medication given by your doctor . Take antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication combination. Put steroidal ear drops. You should Stop drinking alcohol and beverages containing caffeine. Visit ENT specialist once if symptoms on persisting. You should try relaxation exercises and herbal supplement ginkgo biloba. Maintain hygiene.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
