I have recently gone to the doctor about tight foreskin and as a result was given a topical steroid cream; which has worked well I am now able to pull back the foreskin over the glands when flaccid and part of the way when erect. However when I retract the foreskin when I am flaccid the skin bunches up just after the corona, I have heard this isn't 'normal' should I seek consultation?
