Suggest Treatment For This Ultrasound Test Result For Uterus

Hi,I am 37 / Diabetic FF 130 & Random 140,TSH: Normal value, under control.I have been doctor when I started getting clots and heavy bleeding. This was never happened before, its first time. However, after medicine, it has come to normal and no clots now within a day after medicine. This is below my ultrasound report. I need 2nd opinion, if I really need to go for surgery for removal of Utrus and one ovary? As doctor says, go for biopsy or removal of utrus.kindly confirm....!!Uterus is anterverted, normal in size (measures 7.1*, 5.0* 4.0 cm); shows normal outline and myometrial echopattern. No focal SOL seen.Endometrium is in mid line, appears thickened and hyperechoic with few tiny cystic areas. It measures 17mm in maximum thickness. The endometrial - myometrial junction appears to be maintained. Findings are suggestive of? Cystic endometrial hyperplasia. Right Ovary adnexa contain a thin-walled, anechoic cyst without internal echoes or septations. The cyst measures 37*35*24 mm with a volume of approx 17.5cc. right ovary is not seen separately from the cyst. Findings are suggestive of? right ovarian simple cyst.Left Ovary is normal in size and measures 22*15*11 mm with a volume of approax 1.8 cc.No free fluid in visualized pelvic cavity.

hi
i had gone through your question and understand your concerns.it is common complaint by many people.you are saying that now bleeding is controlled by medicines.thats good.your ultrasound report says that it is cystic endometrial hyperplasia with simple cyst in right ovary.if the problem recurs best is go for endometrial biopsy or dilatation and curettage (D&C) and sent the sample for histopathological examination.regarding right ovarian cyst that too small we can follow in scan.most of the cases it wil resolve. most of the cases dilatation and curettage works well. with this everything wil be fine.as lost option we can plan hysterectomy.
thank u
with best regards
