Suggest Treatment For Thin And Inelastic Penile Foreskin Due To A Surgery
When I was very young, I had an operation to improve urine flo. The hole was not at point. The hole in below head. The foreskin was slit only at bottom & the base of penis was cut to allow urine to flow better.
This has never bothered me & I 've lived with it. Urine flow is fine but I normally have a little spillage since the exit is approx 15 cm below point(below).
In last year i have experience discomfort after intercourse due to abrasiion cut approx 2cm below exit hole .
The skin seems to be thinner at that point & I assume the lack of elasticity is causing the wound.
This is leading to avoiding intercourse & can be embarrasing.
I obviously need to strenghten the skin area (harden it with ???)below the head of penis (only at bottom). The top has the loose foreskin which is fine.
