Suggest Treatment For Thick White Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain

Hi I have a thick sour clumpy white discharge pain in my abdomine. I m on birth control I ve considered that being a reason for it but i went to the doctor and got looked at I was told I had a yeast infection but another doctor got a false positive for syphilis. I ve looked up things on syphilis and I m terrified. So I want to know if my discharge and pain could be that. I have not have any chancre that I know of.

Hello
Thank you for asking the question.
Thick which vaginal discharge with abdominal pain indicates probability of yeast infection. Most common yeast is candidiasis.
If you had multiple partners and if one of your partner had sypphilis then you get the infection in which chancre occurs in genitals.
So take clotrimazole suppository for yeast infection.
You will get free from symptoms from infection after treatment.
Hope this will helpful to you.
