Hi,
I have gone through your X-ray report and I can understand your concerns.

The above X-ray shows two anatomical changes which are relatively harmless. These are age related changes and nothing to worry there.
Aortic unfolding is a chest X-ray finding usually seen in people aged above sixty due to age related increase in length of your aorta(major blood vessel).Usually no treatment is required for this condition.
Calcified lymph node is also a benign(non cancerous) condition results from calcium deposition over time. The most common causes are tuberculosis and histoplasmosis (A kind of fungal infection).Usually no treatment is required unless you have symptoms like cough or breathlessness.
I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for evaluation, she might need a follow up X-ray after few months to rule out any recent increase in size.
you don't need to worry regarding the X-ray reportand wishing her good health.
Hope this answers your query.

Regards.
