Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
I will have wished you told HCM the nature of the neck problems and location for better orientation. However, most neck problems will manifest as pain and may be handled pain medications, myorelaxnts, steroids and physiotherapy.
Lymph nodes could be caused by many medical conditions most of which are infections, systemic diseases and cancers.I will suggest you see a GP for examination and orientation since your description of symptoms is not clear or you write back to HCM with more details.
Hope this will help you
Best regards
