hello, i have sore swollen inner upper lip, on both sides , nothing on the middle of my inner upper lip. they are bright cherry red in color. I have nothing on my outer lips, or anywhere where the lip meets the skin. my throat is a bit sore and feel a little swollen perhaps. I feel like my mouth is very dry despite drinking water throughout the day. it seems to worsen everytime i eat. it has been like this for the past 4 days.
