Hi,

Can you mention the location of enlarged glands? Any other symptoms like fever, anorexia or weight loss?

Few enlarged glands in axilla or groin are quite common, and need not be worried if their size is less than 1 cm, are not progressively enlarging and are not painful to touch.

This needs evaluation only if she have the above said symptoms in addition.Such minor lymph node enlargements can happen following viral illnesses like mono nulceosis, and will diminish with time

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
