Suggest Treatment For Swollen Glands In Armpits Of A Child

My 8 year old has a 33mm x 40mm anxillary gland swollen under each pit. No visible trauma or abrasion, has had Intermittent itching the last few weeks. No illnesses or flu like symptoms. Pale and lethargic intermittently, aches a pains from what I can assume is growing pains. Otherwise well. The glands have been present and enlarging gradually over the last couple of weeks

Get a Complete blood count done along with differential white blood cell count.Itching along with lymph node swelling may be associated with blood cell disorders,
