Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles, Headache And Shiny Skin Following Meth Usage

I have used crystal meth only a couple of times iin my life until these lasg 2 weeks when I went on a binge because of a breakup. I administered it IV the last 2 days and missed the vein with part of the shot yesterday and it went under the skin. I have used 15 days in a row, and slept only 3 nights. Suddenly, this morning my ankles are swollen to twice their size, my skin is shiny, red, and warm. I also have a headache that is constant. I have had history of rhabdo before.I am a gay male who has had unprotected sex in the last month. What should I do?

Cannot say in your particular case without seeing it. Mostly the shiney skin is due to fluid blowing up the skin like a taut balloon. This can be the sign of a serious disorder such as heart damage from the meth.
so, not using meth, getting examined by someone who can ..um... examine, checking blood pressure, etc.
