Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Swelling, redness and pain is very common after DPT vaccine specially after 3rd /4th dose . You can use analgesic like Ibuprofen and paracetamol for this. ( Syrup Flexon 5 ml 3 times a day for 2 days) , and fermentation with ice can also be done . It normally subsides in 48 hours , if persists do consult your health care provider .

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
*Always check for history of allergy before taking any medicine.
Take care.

Hello. I just read through your question. This happens from time to time. You can apply a cool compress to the injection site. This almost always solves the problem. If the pain and swelling persist beyond 2 days, consult your doctor.
