General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the intensity of pain is much after oral medications which must be given by your doctor, I recommend an emergency room visit to get pain killer injection for immediate relief along with ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to find the underlying cause for the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
