Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea, Cold Hands And Feet
I ate some sliced ham that may have been in a freezer that was turned off for days... don t know how many days.... now I m sick. I ate it at around 1:00 pm PST. Is it food poisoning? stomach cramps. Cold hands and feet. Diarrhea. Head ache. Muscle weakness. Misery. My family had also been experiencing cold/flu symptoms. Thank you, Lori
yes this can be most likely flu symptoms through poisoned food. Luckily this usually doesn't last long and mostly cures by itself, in most after cases 2-3 days somestimes up to a week. You should try to keep take in enough fluid like water and tea and for pain relief paracetamol or ibuprofene can be helpful (please check for contraindications with local md for your case). Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
