Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Inflammation In Deltoid

On Monday I got a 175 mg testosterone e shot on my deltoid. 23g 1 . After I pull out the needle a drop of blood came out. Three days later on (Thursday) my deltoid is sore, inflamate, it feel warm and bit of redness like when you get stung by a bee. I took Advil yesterday and it s getting better. My question is, did I did something worong? Or is just a normal reaction being a small muscle. Thanks.

Thanks for posting this question on HCM!
I appreciate your concern.
Apparently this self administered injection of testosterone was not injected properly in the deltoid muscle, instead it got deposited into the tissue beneath the skin but above the muscle.
This can result in some sort of infection like Cellulitis, or abscess.
You are advised to consult a surgeon for proper checkup and treatment.
Regards!
