Hello, I have had a sore throat and laryngitis (?: no voice at all, strain to try to get a whisper out) since last Thursday, so thus is day 5, I have been quite congested in sinus and ears for last 2 days, and now coughing hard and mucus in lungs I think. Hurts and scratches now when I cough. I am assuming it s not bronchitis and laryngitis, and wondering if I should still let it pass, or need a doctor? Also, should I absolutely refrain from exercise ? I ran a steady 7 km run yesterday then went for a run, and would like to go to the gym tonight? It s worse at night when I lie down. I m fatigued but functional. Thank you, J.
