Suggest Treatment For Small Red Spots , Fever And Body Pain
Hello doctor, I m from India. Yesterday I had mild fever & Body pain and i took 1 paracetamol, then-after I was fine, but today again i encountered same problem with small red marks in upper part of my body and i took 1 paracetamol with avil tablet, is it ok ?

Probably you have developed chickenpox if the spots you mentioned are water filled.
Fever with red dots mainly on the upper chest is suggestive of chickenpox.
It is a viral infection and usually self-limiting.
Continue taking paracetamol if there is itch you can also take an antihistamine tablet.
Apply calamine lotion all over your body.
Better remain isolated at your house.
Do this for a week you'll get improvement.
