Hi,

If the cause is due to fungal infection and no visible rash seen, there is no need to worry. You can have normal sexual intercourse with partner. Doing a blood sugar can help diagnose the cause of the issue. If you haven't done a panel of sexually transmitted infection tests. Do them and confirm it too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
