My wife she is 28 years old,she is 163cm in height,63 in weight ,from last 3-4 years she is having severe pain in her abdomen,after going through ultrasound she was diagonsed Endometriosis.ADENEXAE:Both ovaires appear Normal in size .Uterus and ovaries show restricted mobility suggesting peri uterine adhessions. Well defined cystwith low level echoes and measuring 46x45mm Seen aabutting right ovary.small loculated fluid pockets seen in pelvic peritoneal cavity.Now what is the course of treatment??
