Suggest Treatment For Small Dent After Rhinoplasty

sir i had a rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago but i have left with a small dent at the bottom of nostril which appears nostril moved inward little bit. i asked my surgeon he said when stitched dissolve properly it will disappear it caused due to some tight stitches. he also said if u want to disappear now then i have to do a minor operation again. so it will resolve itself or i have to get ready for small revision ?
