Hello, Your daughter after the second child birth is having vaginal problems (severe yeast infection). She also developed rash which went away but she has discomfort that is prevailing. Severe yeast infection may take time to reduce. She should take care of her hygiene. She can apply cold compression or ice to reduce severe itching and discomfort. Applying Monistat cream on the affected area will be helpful. If she is breast feeding, she should avoid taking any oral antibiotics. She should neither douche the vagina nor use tampons for a couple of days. Stay away from addictions if any, avoid sex for a couple of months. She should wear breathable undergarments. She should change her undergarments regularly. Blood glucose level should be kept under control. She can take supplements to boost the immune system. Yogurt will help to control yeast infection.
