General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to hcm,
i would like to know the location of stomach pain
is it upper part or epigastric area or is it the lower part of abdomen.
pain in the epigastric area associated with intake of food is usually gastritis
UTI causes lower abdominal pain
renal stones causes groin to loin pain
gall stones causes right upper quadrant pain
left upper quadrant pain radiating to left shoulder and neck is pancreatitis
right illiac fossa pain is a symptom of appendicitis
the location of the abdominal pain is important in deciding the treatment for you.
i want you to get completely evaluated by a physician to know the cause of the abdominal pain and the treatment depends upon the diagnosis.
hope this explains
with regards
Dr.Amarnath
