I am looking for a stomach ache specialist in lucknow. My sister is 14 yrs old and we have gone thru the ultra sound of stomach but found nothing. she facses extreme pain at times and due to which she feels dizziness also. recently we discovered that she had low haemoglobin content in her blood.

welcome to hcm, i would like to know the location of stomach pain is it upper part or epigastric area or is it the lower part of abdomen. pain in the epigastric area associated with intake of food is usually gastritis UTI causes lower abdominal pain renal stones causes groin to loin pain gall stones causes right upper quadrant pain left upper quadrant pain radiating to left shoulder and neck is pancreatitis right illiac fossa pain is a symptom of appendicitis the location of the abdominal pain is important in deciding the treatment for you. i want you to get completely evaluated by a physician to know the cause of the abdominal pain and the treatment depends upon the diagnosis. hope this explains with regards Dr.Amarnath
