Hello doctor, I am 30 yr old female, my weight is 70 kg.I gave birth child by C-sec 8month back. I have pain on my feet .when I get up in the morning And also if I sit for sometime and get up and step on the floor I am feeling so much of pain . I can't even walk for few steps
