General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

Sine the Cesarian section was done a year ago, the pain she is experiencing now is probably unrelated to the C-section.
Other possible causes lower abdominal pain like Urinary tract infection, Pelvic Inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy etc should be looked for.
Urine analysis, pelvic examination, vaginal swab culture and sensitivity, pelvic Ultrasound is warranted to confirm the diagnosis.
Please be advised to follow up with a gynecologist.

Hope this answers your question
Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
