Suggest Treatment For Severe Heartburn, Acid Reflux And Ear Pain

I had really bad heartburn, my acid reflux was really bad and I got violently sick. Afterwards my ears been hurting bad the last few hours. I have sinuses bad and my nose won t stop running and my ear hurts down into my throat. When I was getting sick I could feel my ears pop. What should I do?

Hi,

For sinusitis, take Azithromycin for 4 days, topical decongestants only for 3 days not more [Oxymetazoline], Alka Seltzer plus flu, not to exceed 6 tablets per day, Rulox oral suspension, Pantoperazole can be taken for weeks. Do HpSA antigen test or urea breath test, ESR, CRP, nasal examination and nasal secretion culture are tests that can be done to find the cause. Join 'Art of Living' sahaj samadhi meditation course.
