Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

I ve had a headache for the past few days, but today it is really bothering me. I do not suffer from migraines but this headache I ve never had before. The pain is on my left side and goes to the back of my eye, almost like a piercing sensation. I am nauseas, dizzy and I am not able to look down, bend down etc… I feel the room moving, spinning. I have very high cholesterol but nothing else in my health history. I ve been having cramps on my left leg at night as well. I am 43 years old male.
