Headache and tooth ache both can be due to some conditions . In Temporomandibular joint desorder muscles of neck and head also involved ans causes pain in neck and head and the area near the joint.
In sinusitis ,especially maxillary sinusitis there is infection inside the sinus .And you may feel in the maxillary upper arch tooh .This is reffered pain in tooth due to sinusitis.
In both cases an x-ray will help to diagnose the cause of pain.Consult a physician for proper diagnosis .Afterthat treatment plan can be decided.
