Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression And Bipolar Disorder

I have suffered with social anxiety disorder, severe depression, bipolar, and this list goes on...from 14 yrs old and I am now 33 it seems medication may work a month to half a year then it stops. I had a small seizure-like episode last December. Then in August I passed out at work. I was pulled from clonazepam and put on Xanax xr and I took Zoloft for not even 2 weeks and they stopped that. I do not believe lamictal does anything. I suggested my sister takes Xanax in a bar form but they do not prescribe that and I warned the doctor I have been on other Xanax and it made me wanna punch people. So here I am I keep having panic attacks and non stop thoughts horrible sleep and I do not eat properly. My childhood friend suggest I try Prozac but as I look it seems there are so many reactions between these medications. It is as though I am popping skittles but never tasting the rainbow... I need help I am tired of feeling like a broken record that can never be fixed... it makes you question why you are even here on earth and it makes you think suicidal thoughts which my best friend did just that a little over 3 yrs and I have been in zombieland ... what is your advice for me?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
