Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

im a 37 yr old m with severe back pain, went to neuro surgeon appt today and my bp was 175/125 , i was told the bulging disk wasnt bad enough for surgery beteween t9-10 , im on pain and blood pressure meds and neither are working, i went to the hospital this bad the other day and they gave me steroids and a morphine shot that didnt work, im still in psychotic pain,i dont know what to do

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that you need to do yoga exercise, deep breathing and meditation.

It will help in reducing the blood pressure and pain.

Also go for physiotherapy if pain is unbearable.

Take calcium and Vitamin D3.
