im a 24 year old female, i am suffering from seb derm on my face, my upper back ,lower back,on my chest,groin, im suffering from seb derm since 2 and a half years now.. i did go to a doctor recently. he prescribed desoiden for a week , and called me back after a week. then he prescribed nizral . and vozet (tablet). it worked on the other parts of my body , then i stopped my medication after a month after my seb derm was healed. then again after a 2 weeks it starts again. and my face is really bad... i have scaling and really dry skin on my chin, fore head and cheeks .. with a lot of whiteheads and blackheads. i cant exercise or excessively sweat or else it aggravates, i hate the way i look. and hate going outside during the day... help!!!
